Treehouse has provided the following services for your project at 123 Oak Street, Denver, CO 80202: virtual site assessment, electrical load calculations, project scope and design, contractor matching, permit preparation, and project coordination.
Treehouse guarantees the quality of your installation for a period of two (2) years from the date of project completion. If any workmanship issue arises during this period, Treehouse will coordinate resolution at no additional cost to you, including dispatching an alternative Treehouse-certified contractor if the original installer is unavailable.
The Platform Services Fee for this project is included in your total project price. Treehouse collects the full project amount and remits the construction services portion to your installer. You authorize Treehouse to collect the total project amount and remit the construction services portion to the contractor on your behalf.
Treehouse will file applicable rebate applications on your behalf after installation is complete. Your project price reflects an estimated rebate credit. Rebate eligibility is subject to final utility approval. If a rebate application is not approved, you are responsible for the difference between the net price charged and the gross project cost.
You have paid a deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of installation. Accepted payment methods: ACH bank transfer (no fee) or credit card (+2.9% processing fee).
You may cancel this agreement within three (3) business days of signing for a full refund of your deposit. After the cancellation period, a $350 cancellation fee applies.
Treehouse's liability under this agreement is limited to the Platform Services Fee. Treehouse is not liable for construction defects, which are the responsibility of the installing contractor under the Construction Agreement. The Treehouse Quality Guarantee is a platform-level quality program, not a construction warranty.
Contractor will perform the following work at 123 Oak Street, Denver, CO 80202, per the Treehouse project scope (attached): Install one 240V 50A dedicated circuit with Level 2 EV charger, including surface-mounted EMT conduit routing (~15 ft), GFCI protection, breaker installation, and all required fittings and connectors.
Contractor warrants all work performed under this agreement to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. During the warranty period, Contractor will repair or correct any defective workmanship at no cost to Customer.
Contractor is responsible for pulling all required permits and ensuring the installation passes municipal inspection. Permit documentation is prepared by Treehouse; the permit is filed under Contractor's license.
The construction services amount for this project is specified in the project summary. Payment is collected by Treehouse on your behalf and remitted to Contractor per the Treehouse Trade Partner Agreement.
Contractor maintains active electrical contractor licensing, commercial general liability insurance, and workers' compensation coverage.
Installation rescheduling is managed directly with your Contractor after the permit is issued. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled installation date at no charge.
By signing below, you agree to both the Platform Services Agreement with Treehouse and the Construction Agreement with your selected installer.
